Terms of Service

The rules for using CoorDay across the web app, Telegram Mini App, iOS, Android and connected services.

Effective May 14, 2026

CoorDay is operated from the European Union for beta and launch users of the CoorDay web app, Telegram Mini App, iOS app, Android app and connected services.

By creating an account, opening a shared workspace or using a CoorDay client, you agree to these terms and the linked legal policies.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, passkeys, TOTP devices and recovery materials secure.

Group owners control membership, roles, shared content and billing responsibility for their groups unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Product availability

CoorDay is in active release preparation. Some beta features, providers, native capabilities and integrations may change before general availability.

We may suspend features, workspaces or accounts when needed to protect security, comply with law or prevent abuse.

Billing and refunds

Paid plans, hosted checkout and subscription management are provided through approved billing providers. Taxes may be added where required.

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. App store purchases follow the store operator's refund process where applicable.

Liability

CoorDay is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
