How CoorDay collects, uses, protects and deletes personal data across the web app, Telegram Mini App, iOS, Android and connected services.

CoorDay is operated from the European Union for beta and launch users of the CoorDay web app, Telegram Mini App, iOS app, Android app and connected services.

Data we collect
Account data includes name, email, locale, timezone, avatar metadata, authentication methods and security settings.
Coordination data includes tasks, events, reminders, scheduling polls, groups, comments, notification rules and audit records created by you or your groups.
Operational data includes device identifiers, push tokens, service worker delivery events, logs, support messages, billing status and abuse-prevention metadata.
Why we use data
We use data to provide synchronization, reminders, collaboration, account security, support, billing and legal compliance.
We use limited analytics only for product reliability, conversion measurement and notification delivery/click reporting, with consent controls where required.
If you accept analytics on the public website, we record page and button events together with your IP address and browser user agent to measure conversion and prevent abuse. These records are kept while they remain useful for this analysis; you can decline analytics in the consent banner and ask us to delete these records through a data subject request.
We do not sell personal data and do not use private group content for third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
Active account content is retained while the account or group remains active. Deleted records move through tombstones and sync deltas before final purge windows complete.
Account deletion is controlled by CoorDay account records. Local storage on clients is only a cache and can be cleared before deletion completes.
Support, security and billing records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention or dispute handling obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent.
Use the Data Subject Request form or email privacy@coorday.com. We verify identity before disclosing or changing account data.
