Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that keep CoorDay safe for groups, teams and families.

Effective May 14, 2026

This policy applies to accounts, groups, shared links, automations, integrations, uploads, comments and API traffic.

Report abuse to abuse@coorday.com.

Prohibited activity

Do not use CoorDay for unlawful content, harassment, threats, spam, malware, credential harvesting, deceptive automation or unauthorized surveillance.

Do not attempt to bypass limits, scan systems, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer private APIs or interfere with another user's workspace.

Shared content

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you add to groups, tasks, events, comments and attachments.

Sensitive personal data should only be added when appropriate for the group and protected by account security controls.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or preserve evidence when needed for safety, security, legal compliance or abuse investigation.

Where practical, we notify affected account owners and provide a support path for review.
